  • Navigate to the “book your event” button at the top of the page

    Select the type of event you want to book

    Complete the event form and select the date and time for your event

    After submitting the form, you will receive the contract and invoice via e-mail

    You will have 48 hours to complete the contract and invoice before the date and time selected are released

    Our process is very simple and can easily be completed from your phone!

  • Monday-Thursday and Friday morning half day events are $250.

    Friday evenings, Saturday, and Sunday half day events are $350.

  • Monday-Friday full day events are $400.

    Saturday and Sunday full day events are $600.

  • Half day events are 6 hours bookings. You have the option to book from either 8am-2pm or 4pm-10pm, depending on availability.

  • Full day events are 14 hours bookings. The venue is yours from 8am-10pm.

  • We have 6 round 6’ tables, 4 rectangular 6’ tables, and 56 folding chairs available for all bookings.

  • 6 round folding tables, 4 rectangular folding tables, and 56 chairs. We also have a large smart TV available for presentations, music, etc. These amenities are of course all optional, but available for use if you need them for your event!

  • Yes! We have one restroom onsite.

  • We have a small kitchenette that includes a sink, mini refrigerator and storage available for all guests to use.

  • Yes! The garage door is fully operational and can easily be opened with the push of a button. Enjoy the fall breeze or warm summer air at your event!

  • We suggest parking in the public street parking on either Dewey Ave. or Johnstone Ave. We are located right between the two streets!

    The two lots adjacent to the building, both on the north and west sides are private parking lots. We do not recommend our guests parking in either of these lots due to the risk of being towed.

    If you need to drive close to the building, we suggest entering from Johnstone rather than Dewey because of the direction the parking spots in the private parking lots face.

    We have one spot available for parking directly north of the building (see below), if you would like to use that spot!

  • Yes! 1/2 of the total for the event is due at the time the contract is signed. The other 1/2 is due 1 month prior to the event. Our system will automatically send you an invoice for payment 1 month before your event.

  • We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover

  • Yes! Please Contact Us for booking inquiries outside of the standard time frames.
